This petition is designed to urge all animal lovers to help get a tougher sentence for those who abuse, or even kill animals.
At the moment, it seems all those who abuse animals get a small fine and ban, whereas I believe if a maximum fine of £200,000, including a lifetime ban of keeping animals and face a minimum ten year jail term. Taking a life is taking a life, animal or otherwise.
